Day 24

Well day 24 is finally here and I have some results for you all. I have lost 4 inches overall. And 6 lbs. Let me tell you that was easy. I was staying low carb and doing the Can you 24 workout DVD 3 times a week and the stretching 2 times a week. Now I am going to kick it up notch because I am used to doing the workouts. Habits have to start with this  new idea of improving your health and body. I have a picture to share. It is hard to tell but I have tightened up overall. I am excited about what is going to happen on my next 24. So stick with me and if you get sick of how you feel or look give me a shout either here or on FB or call me at 515-451-6276.
